Resident Care Manager

Overview

The Resident Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of a skilled nursing facility, ensuring that all residents receive high-quality care and support. This position requires a strong understanding of critical care practices, and the ability to manage a team effectively. The Resident Manager will work closely with healthcare professionals to maintain a safe and nurturing environment for all residents.

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the residence, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor residents' health status by assessing vital signs and understanding physiological needs.
• Collaborate with medical staff to implement care plans for residents.
• Maintain accurate records of residents’ health conditions, treatments, and progress.
• Provide training and support to staff.
• Facilitate communication between residents, families, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.

Job Type: Full-time

• Active RN/LPN license in Oregon.
• Experience in skilled nursing is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
