Resident Services Assistant at Providence Down Manor
- On-Call, Variable Schedule

This position is part of the Sunshine Club
- Adult Services

The Participant Support Aide is responsible for assisting with planning, organizing and implementing all program-sponsored activity programs for the participants of Providence Senior Village-Sunshine Club. The role also includes ensuring the program operates within the guidelines of the Department of Human Services Senior and People with Disabilities Chapter 411 Division 66, assisting with assessment, service plan documentation, and overall responsibility for participants in the program.

Required Qualifications
  • First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Heart Association (AHA) within 30 days of hire.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with Dementia Care or Memory Care.
  • Experience in planning care and communicating with care providers and family members.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CNA experience.
  • Companionship, housekeeping, and meal prep experience in a home setting.

Posted are the minimum and maximum wage rates for this position. The successful candidate’s placement on the wage range will be determined based on relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
