Clinic hours are Mon/Wed/Fri , Fresenius 2008T machines; EPIC HARDSTOP REQ

• BLS, BONENT, CHT, OR (certs marked with

    • Initiate/ set up dialysis treatment
    • Add chemicals to Dialysate and Label
    • Attach blood lines to dialyzer
    • Attach concentrate lines
    • Check for machine/alarm settings
    • Collect blood specimens
    • Perform recirculation procedure
    • Prime extracorporeal circuit
    • Priming dialyzer
    • Machine alarm troubleshooting procedures
      • Arterial pressure alarm
      • Conductivity alarm
      • Venous pressure alarm
    • Post dialysis treatment
      • Blood return
      • Equipment clean up
      • Post treatment access care
      • Collect Laboratory samples
    • Recognize and Report
      • Adverse patient occurrences
      • Changes in Cognitive/mental status
      • Muscle cramps
      • Orthostatic hypotension
      • Patient education
      • Pyrogenic reaction
    • Vital Sign monitoring
    • Renal/ Genitourinary
    • Hemodialysis

• 12 Station+ 1 isolation station ESRD clinic serving 2 shifts of patients on Monday, Wednesday, Friday day shift schedule
