• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 10 months of Nurse Management experience.

• Candidates must have an Oregon license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations.
• Travel only; local not allowed. Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be submitted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 6 months gap required between staff at Program:
  Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program:
  Aya Program - Providence Health & Services.

• RTO must be listed at time of submission.
• All lab items requested during onboarding must be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract.
• References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in the specialty within the past 3 years.
• Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
• You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
• Cannot be currently or recently (within 6 months) employed with the network—must have left in good standing if former employee.
• ER profiles must include the size of the facility / number of beds and the Trauma Level designation (if any).
• Orientation for all Oregon facilities is in Portland, OR for RN, LPN, and CNAs.

Required Skills/

Experience:

ED or ICU experience. Inpatient Acute Care, Emergency care, Code Management, Crisis Intervention/Management, Facility/Bed Diversion, Rapid Response Team, Legal Aspects, Discharge AMA, Sentinel events-monitoring and reporting, Bed Management, New Admissions, Post Surgery, Post Procedures, Transfer to higher level care, Professional knowledge/skills, Customer Service, Infection control, Isolation procedures, Knowledge of regulatory requirements - DPH, TJC, OSHA, etc., Supervising nursing care delivered on all units organizationally, Workplace safety.

Shift & Scheduling: Are weekends required? Yes; days and/or nights - variable with weekdays.

Floating Requirements: To Milwaukie, Newberg, Portland, Hood River, Willamette Falls, Seaside, and Saint Vincent.

Holidays / Time Off: 6 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/24/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/31/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 2. Maximum consecutive days off: 3.

2 references from the last 3 years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) – required for submission.
