We are seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse to join our healthcare team. The Charge Nurse will play a crucial role in overseeing patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of nursing activities.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and treatment in various clinical settings
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff to deliver high-quality care
- Manage patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Administer IV infusions and medications as prescribed
- Perform urgent care procedures and acute pain management
- Conduct tube feeding management
- Monitor infection control practices to maintain a safe environment
- Ensure accurate coding and documentation of patient records
