Providence Non-RN - Oregon Hood River, OR is seeking an LPN/LVN to travel among hospice patients in the Columbia Gorge service area. This is a full-time role with weekdays day shifts and rotating weekend coverage, requiring travel to patient homes.
Under the direction of a registered nurse, you will collect assessment data, help plan and implement care, and ensure licensure compliance. Oregon/Washington LPN licenses and BLS are required, plus a valid driver license and auto insurance.
