Advantmed, LLC is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to conduct structured, in‑home wellness and risk adjustment assessments for diverse patient populations in Oregon. This 1099 PRN role offers flexible weekdays with no evenings, weekends, or on-call commitments.
Compensation is per completed assessment (~$100–$120) plus paid mileage, with most providers completing 4–5 visits daily based on availability. Training is provided and travel within a 55-mile radius is expected.
