Touch Server

The Lightwell Hotel + Spa is preparing to open the main restaurant. We are seeking strong, established servers to exceed guest expectations for this opening and throughout the season.

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Menu Expertise, develops a deep understanding of food offerings, preparation methods, and is able to pair with beverages and cross menu items
• Tableside Service, performing technical tasks required for impeccable service
• Anticipates the needs of guests and provides high-touch, premium service
• Supports and serves during events held at the hotel
• Deliver orders to the correct table in a timely manner
• Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in with guests and addressing any issues
• Handle cash and credit card transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Previous experience in a high‑end service role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Must be 21 years of age or older
