We are looking for a full‑time Receiving / Inventory Specialist who takes pride in accuracy, teamwork, and making sure the right parts are in the right place at the right time. As a Receiving support leader you will help keep daily operations moving by receiving product, maintaining accurate inventory, and supporting a clean, organized parts environment.
- Receive, unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against invoices, purchase orders, and packing slips.
- Stock incoming merchandise accurately and organize products in the correct locations.
- Help maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counts, stock checks, and inventory adjustments.
- Identify and communicate shortages, damages, overages, or inventory discrepancies.
- Keep receiving areas, stockrooms, shelves, and backroom spaces clean, safe, and organized.
- Support returns, cores, special orders, transfers, and vendor‑related inventory processes as needed.
- Use computer systems and inventory tools to update product information and track movement of parts.
- Partner with sales and management teams to help ensure customers and teammates have the parts they need.
- Previous receiving, inventory, warehouse, stockroom, retail, or automotive parts experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with product numbers, counts, and locations.
- Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and follow through in a busy work environment.
- Basic computer skills and comfort learning inventory or point‑of‑sale systems.
- Strong communication skills and a team‑focused attitude.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the workday.
- Dependable attendance, a positive attitude, and a willingness to take ownership of your work.
This is a full‑time position. Schedule is 7:30 a - 4 p Monday through Friday.
