Automotive Parts Sales Associate

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking an Automotive Parts Sales Associate to deliver expert, customer-focused service in our busy retail environment. In this role, you will assist walk-in, phone, and wholesale customers in identifying and purchasing the right automotive parts, tools, and accessories. You'll use electronic catalogs, product knowledge, and basic technical understanding to recommend solutions, support safe repairs, and promote add-on sales.

Responsibilities include operating the POS system, handling returns, maintaining organized shelves, and supporting inventory tasks.
