Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate training and courses for site personnel and contractors
- Coordinate various suppliers and contractors for site operations
- Handle invoice processing and coordinate operational purchasing activities
- Request and manage Purchase Orders (POs) through appropriate systems
- Gather and register time for external personnel according to contracts and guidelines
- Prepare and support new employees with onboarding procedures
- Manage site reception responsibilities and visitor coordination
- Provide administrative and operational support to the regional support function
- Support and provide information to visitors and colleagues in the region
- Perform any other duties commensurate with the role as required
Technical Experience (Minimum 3 years each):
- Invoice processing and financial administration
- Purchase Order (PO) management and procurement processes
- SAP ERP system (or equivalent enterprise resource planning software)
MBO / HBO in Management Support, Personal Assistant (PA), Secretarial Studies, or related field
Skills & Competencies- Action-Oriented:

Ability to operate effectively even when things are uncertain or the way forward is not clear - Administrative Excellence:
Proven track record in assistant and administration support with experience maintaining office systems - Communication:
High level of communication skills with ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders - Language:
Good English skills (written and verbal) – Dutch is a plus - IT
Skills:
Intermediate to advanced level of MS Word, Excel, and MS Outlook
- Experience in offshore wind, renewable energy, or maritime sectors
- Experience with contractor and supplier management in industrial environments
- Knowledge of time registration systems for external personnel
- Previous experience in site support or facilities coordination
- Familiarity with safety training coordination in industrial settings
Site-based role at IJmuiden operational facility. The position requires flexibility to handle various operational tasks and occasional interaction with offshore personnel and contractors.
