About Network Department

Responsible for the overall management of the entire European region network business new dealer development into the network, dealer management and maintenance, dealer operation evaluation, unqualified dealer withdrawal and other matters.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, organize, and verify accessory information from each market to ensure consistency in dimensions and data.

Establish information-sharing mechanisms to promote efficient communication and collaboration across markets.

Assist in the development of localized marketing materials and resources to ensure brand consistency.

Coordinate resource allocation to improve material development efficiency and avoid waste.

Organize and execute WES inspections to ensure plans are implemented, follow up on issues, and generate closed-loop management reports.

Maintain communication with marketing, sales, and after-sales teams to ensure smooth project progress, and provide timely feedback on project status and issues to support management decisions.

Analyze data and processes to identify areas for improvement, and drive process optimization to establish standardized closed-loop workflows.

Required skills, qualifications and experience

Bachelor’sdegreeorabove,preferably in

Automotive,Economics,Business Administration,orrelatedfields.

Experienceinnetworkmanagement,project management,ormarketingpromotion;experienceincross-marketcoordinationisaplus.

Strongdataanalysisskills,capableofhandlingdimensions,specifications,andresourceallocationinformation.

Familiaritywithmarketingprocessesandchanneloperations;experienceinmaterialdevelopmentordealermanagementisaplus.

Proficientinofficesoftware(Excel,PowerPoint,Word);familiaritywithprojectmanagementtoolsispreferred.

Excellentcross-departmentcommunicationandteamworkskills,abletoeffectivelydriveprojectimplementation.

Englishisrequired;

Chineseispreferred.

Strongproblemsolvingability,capableoffollowinguponprojectexecutionandestablishingclosed-loopmanagement.

Highlyresponsibleandproactive,abletoworkefficientlyinamulti-taskenvironment,detail-oriented,withstrongplanningandorganizationalskills.

Atleast5yearsofworkingexpereincerequired,automotiveindustryworkingexperiencepreferred.
