Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented International Sales Specialist to support our International Key Account team. In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating sales activities, supporting tender submissions, and ensuring smooth execution of commercial agreements for large international customers. This position is ideal for a structured, analytical, and proactive individual who enjoys working across international teams and contributing to large-scale business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the preparation of business proposals, commercial documentation, and strategic presentations, supporting Key Account Managers and driving high-quality sales execution.
- Prepare and complete RFP/RFQ submissions, coordinating across international teams and internal stakeholders ensuring accuracy and delivering high-impact proposals within tight deadlines.
- Collaborate with teams across markets to gather inputs, share insights, support the rollout of international deals and track progress across regions.
- Maintain and enhance documentation, reports, and internal tools that support the Key Account Management team in close cooperation with other departments.
- Develop and improve the quality of the customer database, ensuring accurate information for customer contacts and sales information.
- Support customer interactions, prepare executive-level materials, and ensure effective follow-up to drive strong account management.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in automotive sales, business support, or commercial operations role (familiarity with bid or tender processes is an advantage).
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently across multiple teams and functions
- Proficiency in MS Office (CRM experience is a plus)
- Proficiency English is a must; other European languages are an advantage.
- Experience with customer segmentation and predictive modeling.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with data visualization best practice.
