Inviting applications for the role of Senior Financial Analyst – Assistant Manager – Dutch – Hybrid Hoofddorp. In this role, you will be responsible for performing Surprise Free Financial Accounting and Reporting.

Role description:
We are looking for a Team Leader Finance
• Assistant Manager with fluent Dutch and English for a hybrid role in Hoofddorp. You will be responsible for leading our financial team (5 people) providing accurate and timely accounting and reporting.

• Financial Accounting:
  With your team responsible for the financial accounting.
• Financial Reporting:
  Prepare financial reports that compare actual results with planned budgets and forecasts.
• Management Reporting:
  Develop, maintain and analyze management reports.
• Financial Controls:
  Assist in maintaining the financial control framework.
• Customer contact:
  Act as a contact person for the customer's Finance Director.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Financial Accounting or equivalent (PDB or relevant MBO+ accounting diploma).
• Experience:
  
  Relevant experience in financial functions (GL, R2R). Leading a small team.
• Software Proficiency:
  Advanced Excel skills. Knowledge and experience with Oracle Peoplesoft is a plus.

  Skills:
  
  Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) in both Dutch and English.
