We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Regional Finance Operations Specialist to join our global team. This operational role focuses heavily on managing Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and regional cash collections in a fast-paced environment. This position is perfect for an ambitious professional with a hunger to learn and a drive to fast-track their career.
You will operate primarily as an individual contributor who takes deep ownership of your work, while simultaneously collaborating to achieve broader regional and global goals. Success in this role requires a practical, data-driven approach to problem-solving and the ability to ruthlessly prioritize competing tasks without losing execution speed.
Key Responsibilities- Core Accounting Operations: Execute high-precision work across Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Data Reconciliation: Perform rigorous data reconciliation to ensure accuracy across financial systems and ledgers.
- Global
Collaboration:
Partner and communicate daily with cross-functional global teams, including our corporate Accounting and Finance team at the U.S. Headquarters. - Task Prioritization: Manage multiple moving pieces and shifting priorities effectively in a high-velocity environment.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands‑on experience in finance, accounting, or operational finance roles.
- Precision: Exceptional attention to detail with a proven track record of delivering error‑free financial data. Proficiency using MS Excel (VLOOKUP, filters, sorting and basic formatting).
- Mindset: A strong individual work ethic combined with a collaborative, team‑first attitude.
- Adaptability: Ability to stay organized, pivot quickly, and prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Strong capabilities in working with global teams, navigating language or cultural barriers with patience and clarity to resolve payment issues.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Languages: English required, Dutch and German a plus.
