We seek an experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist to lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategies for mid-to-senior level roles. The ideal candidate will partner with business leaders to identify hiring needs, optimize recruitment processes, and deliver high-quality candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior level roles, ensuring efficient delivery across all stages.
- Channel Strategy: Utilize Teamtailor
, Linked In
, and social media to drive innovative sourcing and build robust talent pipelines. - Talent Profiling: Partner with hiring managers as a consultant to define precise job requirements and optimize candidate matching.
- Offer & Onboarding: Manage salary negotiations, background checks, contracts, and onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Operational Excellence: Streamline recruitment workflows and standardize processes to boost interview efficiency and hiring ROI.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, or related field.
- 5+ years of recruitment experience (agency/corporate), with 2+ years in senior-level hiring.
- Proven track record in tech/engineering/executive recruitment (adjust based on industry).
- Proficiency in popular recruitment channel, such as teamtalier, Linked In Recruiter, and HR analytics tools.
- Communication & Influence: translate complex regulations into actionable guidelines for business teams.
- Multitasking:
Manage stakeholders under pressure while balancing compliance and operational efficiency. - Global HR Experience in highly regulated industries.
- Fluency in English (for cross-border compliance or contract review).
