You Sure in Hoofddorp is op zoek naar een HR Business Partner die strategische ondersteuning biedt aan management. In deze rol werk je aan belangrijke Compensation & Benefits-projecten en ben je verantwoordelijk voor HR-processen, organisatieontwikkeling, en het opzetten van nieuwe HR-structuren.
Met minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een HR BP-rol ben je een sterke schakel tussen strategie en uitvoering. Wij bieden een marktconform salaris van €4500 - €6000 en hybride werkopties.
