MyParcel zoekt een HR-medewerker voor drie dagen per week die een sleutelrol speelt in de HR-processen en als aanspreekpunt fungeert voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden. Je behandelt mutaties, contracten en onboarding, en ondersteunt bij recruitering bij afwezigheid van de recruiter.
Daarnaast help je bij internationale uitbreidingsactiviteiten en bewaak je naleving van lokale wetgeving. De functie biedt een informele werkomgeving met een platte structuur en diverse arbeidsvoorwaarden.
