Stichting Spaarne Gasthuis zoekt een Teamleider Facilitair Bedrijf in Hoofddorp. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van de afdeling Beveiliging, met ongeveer 29 medewerkers onder jouw leiding. Je coacht en stimuleert het team voor optimale service aan bezoekers en medewerkers.
Je zorgt voor veilige werkprocessen, rapporteert over de teamresultaten, en neemt actief deel aan projecten binnen de beveiliging. Wij bieden een salaris tussen € 3.826,- en € 5.395,- bij een fulltime dienstverband van 36 uur per week.
