ISS Facility Services Nederland in Hoofddorp zoekt een Facilitair Manager. In deze rol zorg je ervoor dat medewerkers van de klant in een inspirerende en productieve werkomgeving kunnen werken. Je stuurt direct vijf medewerkers aan en indirect zo’n 45.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van de facilitaire dienstverlening en werkt nauw samen met de Key account manager om beleidsplannen te ontwikkelen en verbeteractiviteiten te initiëren.
Voor deze functie is hbo werk- en denkniveau vereist, evenals minimaal twee jaar leidinggevende ervaring en een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
