Papa’s Beach House in Hoofddorp zoekt een bedrijfsleider/Operations manager om het gezicht van het restaurant te worden. Je stuurt het keukenteam en het bedienend team aan en bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de resultaten van de BV.
Ongeveer 70% van je tijd ben je op de vloer met operatie; 30% besteed je aan management en kantoorwerk. Je rapporteert aan de General Manager en werkt hands-on samen met ongeveer 40 collega’s, waarbij coaching en cultuur centraal staan.
