Role DescriptionAs Senior Brand Manager – Global Innovation & Strategy, you are responsible for developing and validating consumer-driven value propositions and translating them into successful global product launches. You operate at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and execution, ensuring that global brand initiatives resonate across different markets.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and local markets, manage agencies, and monitor brand performance to continuously optimise impact. This role requires strong strategic thinking combined with operational excellence and stakeholder management at senior level.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and validate consumer value propositions through research and market testing
- Lead global product launch development, including artwork creation and implementation guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Design) to deliver projects on time and within scope
- Manage external agencies and partners to ensure high-quality deliverables and timeline adherence
- Monitor brand performance using KPIs, consumer insights, and market data
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations to optimise brand growth
- Present strategies, innovation plans, and performance updates to senior global stakeholders
- Ensure alignment between global strategy and local market execution
- Minimum 7 years of experience in consumer marketing
- Experience with in FMCG, nutrition, or related fast-moving consumer categories
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex project timelines
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate strategy into execution
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience managing creative and research agencies
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting KPIs and consumer insights
- Comfortable working in a multicultural, global matrix organization
- Ability to balance high-level strategy with attention to detail
