We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Brand Manager to join the global marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving brand growth through strategic development, product innovation, and effective global campaigns for one of the company’s flagship nutrition brands. You will collaborate with local teams and cross‑functional partners to ensure global strategies are successfully implemented across markets.

• Develop and test compelling consumer value propositions through research to ensure relevance across diverse markets.
• Lead the creation of marketing artworks and oversee the execution of global product launches.
• Work closely with teams in R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Design to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Manage external agencies and partners to produce high‑quality outputs and meet deadlines.
• Monitor brand performance with KPIs and consumer insights, recommending adjustments to optimize results.
• Prepare and present strategic plans, updates, and performance results to senior management and global teams.

• At least 7 years of experience in consumer marketing, preferably within FMCG or nutrition sectors.
• Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience managing agencies and delivering projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong strategic thinking with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and build relationships across different regions.
