Job DescriptionFor this role, we are looking for aGlobal Brand Innovation Manager (Nutrition) to join an international strategy and innovation team. The role focuses on shaping and validating consumer-led propositions, coordinating global launches, and partnering closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time. This is a hands‑on role for an experienced marketer who can think strategically while staying close to execution details.
Responsibilities- Develop and validate consumer value propositions through research and testing
- Translate insights into clear strategies and launch plans that can be implemented across different markets
- Lead the development of artworks and support smooth rollout for global launches
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders including R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Design
- Manage agencies and external partners to ensure quality deliverables and timeline adherence
- Monitor brand performance through KPIs and consumer insights, recommending actions to optimize results
- Present strategies, plans, and outcomes to senior stakeholders and global/local teams
- Minimum 7 years of experience in consumer marketing
- Background in FMCG (nutrition experience is strongly preferred)
- Proven experience leading cross‑functional projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior audiences
- Experience managing agencies and delivering to deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Able to balance strategic thinking with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in multicultural, international settings
