Overview
We are experiencing phenomenal growth you speak French and English, come and join us as a Sales Support Associate this role you will provide support to the sales team in your region and act as a liaison between sales professionals and internal departments. You will play a vital role in the overall health and advancement of the region’s objectives, ensuring the checks and balances are in place in the lead‑to‑order process, providing transactional support to ensure successful and efficient execution of business transactions, and generating smooth onboarding for our customers.
This is a temporary position of 1 year duration.
- Partner with the commercial ecosystem on sales proposals while balancing the needs of the customer and the business.
- Investigate and resolve inquiries or concerns.
- Escalate situations that are unique or cannot be resolved through current processes.
- Proactively identify opportunities to positively enhance the service offering.
- Understand the organizational structure, customer agreement lifecycle, products, services, marketing programs, and pricing.
- Demonstrate resourcefulness; know where to locate and follow policies, procedures, and program guides.
- Gain trust and confidence with members of the commercial ecosystem through honesty, integrity, and authenticity.
- Drive results and meet service level agreements by prioritizing and planning work to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention by partnering with members of the commercial ecosystem to develop creative solutions that meet customers’ needs.
- Use to approve the setup of new SAP accounts.
- Support the achievement of revenue, gross margin, and operating expenses as per target.
- Ensure the sales team adheres to pricing policies, submits paperwork correctly, and follows the correct audit guidelines.
- Provide daily reporting of the number of instruments sold, installations, and pipeline for internal use.
- Participate in projects to implement initiatives; identify project opportunities and generate ideas and solutions.
- Communicate with related areas to coordinate work.
- Potentially lead work activities of others, coordinate daily activities, and provide training, coaching, and guidance.
- Partner with the commercial ecosystem on sales proposals and develop solutions that meet customers’ needs.
- Investigate and resolve inquiries.
- Identify opportunities to improve the service offering.
- Conduct personal development activities.
- Fluent in Business English and French.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of experience in Excel, , and Business Objects.
- Project management skills and ability to work in cross‑functional teams in a matrix environment.
- Keen eye for detail and love to work with data; experience in data gathering.

- Advanced knowledge of IDEXX products, services, systems, programs, and processes and proactive identification of opportunities for improvements.
- Strong teamwork, collaboration, and ability to build relationships across multiple regions.
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence and resilience when responding to change.
