Field Account Manager

Field Account Manager – Sony – Hoofddorp, Netherlands
We are seeking a highly motivated Field Account Manager to join our Sales team  this role you will be responsible for delivering business results in line with the account strategy, focusing on in‑store sales and offline promotion of Sony products at assigned de‑centrally buying clients. You will optimize relationships, motivate and train store staff, and drive sell‑out within a multi‑channel retail environment.

You will

Plan and conduct customer visits based on key opportunities, ensuring a proactive and customer‑centric approach.

Achieve set sales and profit targets while increasing Sony's In‑House Share among allocated customers.

Effectively manage accounts in a multi‑channel retail environment and maintain and extend the customer portfolio through strong relationships.

Achieve ranging and stock level targets for allocated product categories; liaise with internal stakeholders to align Sony and the customer.

Ensure a comprehensive promotional and communication plan is in place for each promotional or launch period.

You bring

Proven commercial experience in consumer electronics or FMCG is a plus.

Experience in multi‑channel retailing and knowledge of e‑commerce marketing and sales.

Strong analytical skills, capable of identifying opportunities from data and translating into actionable insights.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Higher education, preferably with a commercial background.

Fluent in Dutch and English.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Open mindset towards change, continuous improvement.
