We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the daily operations for our Data Center Solutions Team and be based in Hoofddorp, NL. Some of the main responsibilities:
Supply and demand management between Delta factories and customers
Customer inquiry support and coordination for regular channel partners’ sale inquiries
Regular price lists maintain and update support
Report collection and reminder to sales team with some preliminary integration.
Support on making instructions for trip application, expense reimbursement through our internal system.
Regular Data Center meeting arrangement and reminder (like Monthly team meeting etc.)
Marketing event support when needed.
Following up on projects
Support monthly sales report with providing accurate information, sales report consolidation
5+ years proven working experience in Logistics position for Electronics products.
Capability in handling dynamic supply and demand activities in operating systems, strong experience in SAP
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Any second European Language or Chinese is considered a plus
Profession in negotiation and collaboration with other functions internally.
Customer-oriented attitude, attention to detail, work accurately and timely
Experience in project management, supplier management,and sales administration
Posession of driving licence (open to travel when needed)
