Join Worldline as an FX Manager to lead growth and operational excellence in foreign exchange, sitting on our Global Collect line and working with global merchants. You will partner with Sales, Product, Risk, and Operations to shape go‑to‑market strategy specifically for Global Collect programs, drive merchant adoption among global merchants, and optimize profitability across European markets. This is a strategic, high‑visibility role for a growth‑minded leader who thrives in a fast‑paced payments environment and has a track record translating market insights into tangible business outcomes with global merchants.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new FX partnerships and merchant opportunities aligned with vertical growth plans.
Develop and implement a scalable go‑to‑market strategy for FX offerings.
Collaborate with Product, Risk, and Operations to define product requirements, pricing, and onboarding processes.
Lead bid responses, RFPs, and merchant negotiations to secure high‑value FX‑related contracts.
Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to shape strategy and messaging.
Build and manage a regional pipeline, forecast accurately, and drive revenue growth through targeted initiatives.
Manage FX product lifecycle, including feature prioritization, pricing governance, and partner enablement.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal risk controls in all FX activities.
Who Are We Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
5–8 years of FX, payments, or financial technology with direct experience in FX management.
Proven track record of channel development, strategic partnerships, and merchant acquisitions.
Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, onboarding, and stakeholder management.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
Data‑driven mindset with ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
Fluency in English.
Self‑starter with autonomous work style and ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives.
