E-Commerce Key Account Manager LDB  wirst du Teil des Mass Trade Teams, eines dynamischen und leistungsstarken Teams mit großen Wachstumsambitionen. Du berichtest an den E-commerce Lead, der an den Head of Mass Trade der Division berichtet. Gemeinsam mit dem gesamten E-Commerce-Team arbeitest du daran, das Online-Geschäft durch starke interne und externe Zusammenarbeit zu beschleunigen.

Als E-Com Key Account Manager (E-KAM) bei L’Oréal investierst du in die Beziehung zu unseren E-Retailern und bist verantwortlich für die langfristige Strategie, um Präsenz, Sichtbarkeit und Ergebnisse unserer Marken zu steigern. Die Position ist sowohl strategisch als auch hands‑on:
Gemeinsam mit deinen Ansprechpartnern in den Zentralen der Händler gestaltest du Sortimentsauswahl, Promotions- und Eventstrategie und identifizierst Wachstumschancen. Gleichzeitig stellst du sicher, dass Vereinbarungen mit Retailern eingehalten werden, überwachst den Logistikprozess und trägst die Gesamtverantwortung für Verträge sowie das interne Customer P&L.

Responsibilities

Under the leadership of the E-commerce Lead, you'll collaborate on a joint business plan.

Build accurate forecasts and achieve results: turnover, market share, and profit.

Lead account negotiations. Develop an action plan to implement your strategy. Ensure execution and constantly monitor developments and sell‑out. Adjust your plan when necessary.

Act as the expert on your account and ensure a retailer‑centric account planning process, creating as much alignment as possible between your own business plan and that of your retailer.

Work closely with other departments within the division to ensure that L’Oréal communicates a clear and consistent message to the customer.

Maximize the impact of Retail Media investments:
Partner with the Marketing and CDMO teams to design and challenge the media strategy on your account. Monitor KPIs such as ROAS and Share of Voice to ensure our investment drives incremental sales and reinforces brand leadership.

Profile
The ideal candidate for this position is entrepreneurial, data‑driven and pragmatic. The E‑KAM participates in negotiations on the account, so commercial experience and analytical skills are a must. L’Oréal is an international organization with short lines of communication; therefore, we are looking for team players who can switch gears quickly. Furthermore, excellent social skills are important for building strong customer relationships and for building an internal network.

Must-haves

At least 4+ years of work experience, with pre‑requisite for e‑commerce and/or digital experience.

Extensive knowledge of Retail Media.

Given the complexity of the role, a completed master's degree is required.

Excellent command of Dutch and English.

You understand the E‑commerce landscape and are able to set up critical digital KPI's for sustainable growth projects.

You are able to use data to develop and innovate E‑commerce strategies; to use data to measure, anticipate, reinforce business cases and plan change.

You guard brand and product DNA and nourish the websites with content / services to build the proper cosmetic environment. You optimize our assets.
