Job Description
To sustainably develop our business and market share in the Benelux region, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Channel Sales Manager for DCS. This position will manage and develop the team as well as Key Accounts in the Benelux region.
Responsibilities (Key Challenges)
Develop and manage business development activities through Key Accounts and channel partners in Benelux for UPS and Data Center products and solutions.
Position Delta as the preferred supplier of products and solutions for enterprise and Data Center infrastructure management.
Identify and develop business opportunities to drive Delta UPS and Data Center sales.
Grow market share by expanding market footprint, supporting and developing Key Accounts and channel partner networks, monitoring competitors’ activities, managing communications with partners, and creating plans for growth.
Provide monthly forecasts and pipeline updates.
Attend trade shows, seminars, product launches and similar events.
Ensure documentation of presentations, financial reports, supplier contracts, price quotations and other paperwork aligns with corporate policies.
Conduct contract negotiations with partners and customers.
Collaborate with partners to influence end-user designs in compliance with Delta’s products and solutions.
Qualifications
Relevant experience in Key Account and/or Channel Management.
Good understanding of UPS and Data Center infrastructure solutions.
Deep knowledge of the competitive environment, key competitors’ products and pricing.
Strong project management skills and ability to discuss and communicate technical details.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
Able and willing to travel regularly.
Fluent in English.
