Regional Sales Manager is responsible for delivering commercial targets and sustainable business growth within the assigned territory. This role translates business strategies into disciplined field execution, accelerates farmer-centric demand creation, strengthens channel capabilities, and develops a high-performing team to drive commercial excellence and business impact. The role is based in Lam Dong and is accountable for overall business performance, sales growth, and commercial execution across Lam Dong Province.

Commercial Performance & Territory Management
