Our clients, a 100+ place nursery in Hook, are growing and looking for Early Years Professionals to join their team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to join a growing nursery, working 40 hrs a week, with a salary up to £28,496 depending on qualifications and experience, plus great benefits and opportunities for further qualifications and career progression.

• Have a minimum Level 2 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare
• A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to providing the best start in life
• A solid understanding of child development, the Birth to 5 Matters framework, and the EYFS curriculum
• Form bonds with children and their families, ensuring each child feels secure and supported
• Team player with excellent communication skills, the ability to give and receive feedback, and a positive, proactive approach
• Promote high standards of quality within the nursery in respect of the environment, resources and experiences offered to children
• Assume key carer responsibilities for designated children
