The Wellington Arms in Stratfield Turgis is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead daily operations across our premium countryside pub-restaurant-hotel. You’ll guide a dedicated team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive service excellence in a busy, guest-focused environment.
With 25 boutique bedrooms and a reputation for weddings, events, and fine dining, you’ll manage rostering, events, and hotel operations while upholding our relaxed luxury ethos and local produce focus.
