, we’re looking for an energetic, service‑driven Wedding & Events Co-Ordinator to help lead our team and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional experience.

With 25 stylish bedrooms
, seasonal dining, a vibrant bar, elegant private‑event spaces, and views across rolling Hampshire farmland, The Wellington Arms blends warmth, quality, and relaxed luxury. As a Supervisor, you’ll help keep service running smoothly across our busy events calendar, supporting both the team and management in delivering outstanding hospitality.

• Experience in hospitality – pubs, restaurants, hotels or premium venues
• A guest‑first mindset – you deliver service with warmth and confidence
• Ability to support the team – guiding colleagues through busy shifts
• Strong attention to detail – in presentation, service flow & standards

• Support daily operations – Helping run Weddings & Events smoothly across pub, restaurant & hotel

• Assist with booking flow & admin – Seating plans, reservations and service coordination
• Support in house events & private dining – Delivering seamless guest experiences
• Assist hotel operations – Ensuring guest areas look exceptional at all times
• Act as a point of contact – Resolving guest queries with ease and care
