Marshall Hook is looking for a SMART Repair Technician.

At Marshall BMW + MINI Hook, we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Smart Repair Technician to carry out cosmetic repairs to the highest standard. Working within our high-performing repair centre, you’ll contribute to customer satisfaction through expert-level finish and craftsmanship.

In this role:

• You’ll prepare, spray, and finish vehicles to an exemplary standard, always meeting internal and customer expectations.
• You’ll ensure all paintwork and smart repairs are colour-matched, precise, and completed efficiently in line with daily workload.
• You’ll report additional faults where needed, working closely with colleagues across the workshop.
• You’ll accurately record time and job details using digital systems.
• You’ll follow all health and safety, brand, and compliance standards.

• Someone with previous experience as a Workshop Controller, ideally from a franchised dealership environment.
• Someone with the skill to motivate a team and maintain a professional, calm approach.
• Someone with proficient IT skills, preferably with EVHC software experience.
• Someone with a problem-solving mindset, who can anticipate and resolve potential operational barriers effectively.

• Someone who thrives in a structured environment and follows set processes with pride.
