GGZ Noord-Holland-Noord zoekt een manager ambulante GGZ in West-Friesland voor 36 uur per week. Je geeft richting aan vijf teams, bewaakt de bedrijfsvoering, behoudt overzicht en fungeert als aanspreekpunt bij knelpunten.
Je werkt aan de doorontwikkeling van de ambulante zorg, bouwt samen met huisartsen, gemeenten en ketenpartners aan betere zorg dichtbij de cliënt, en neemt een actieve rol in MT-vergaderingen en bereikbaarheidsdiensten.
