Accountant, Financial Reporting, Accounts Receivable​/ Collections

First Four Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, reconciling accounts, processing transactions, and supporting overall accounting operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
• Review financial data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Support payroll processing and expense reporting
• Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Assist with audits and other financial reporting requests
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and accounting software for reporting and analysis

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 1+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with accounting software is a plus
