• Handling general bookkeeping and day-to-day accounting operations
• Partnering with an outside CPA firm to ensure accurate tax reporting
• Creating and refining processes and SOPs as the company scales
• Working directly with company leadership in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Bringing structure and organization to a growing, informal environment

• 10+ years of accounting experience
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Public accounting experience highly preferred
• Experience managing and owning full accounting processes independently
• Track record of developing and implementing SOPs
• Comfortable in a construction-type, informal, and fast-paced environment
• Experience in multi-entity accounting environment highly preferred
• A self-starter who thrives without close supervision or hand-holding
