Position: Senior Administrative Lead - FinOps & Travel Support

UAH College of Business is looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant in Alabama to support the Customer Service unit in Facilities and Operations. This role includes processing invoices, supporting procurement, and maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of relevant experience, including a strong command of tools such as MS Office and experience with financial systems like Ellucian Banner.

This position offers a salary range of $45,000 - $50,000 and is full-time exempt.
