Position:
Nuclear Utilities Experts – AI Trainer

Company: Mercor (with top AI research labs)

Type: Hourly Contract (Remote)

Compensation: $50–$200/hour (based on role and experience)

Location: Remote, async, flexible hours

Duration: 15–20 hrs/week, 3–4 weeks

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years full-time experience in one of the following roles:

• Nuclear Engineer: Experience in reactor design, safety analysis, radiation protection, or nuclear plant operations
• Nuclear Technician: Hands-on experience with reactor maintenance, testing, radiological monitoring, or instrumentation
• Nuclear Power Reactor Operator: Proven background in control room operations, reactor monitoring, system troubleshooting, or NRC licensing
• Based in the U.S., UK, or Canada
• Access to a desktop or laptop (no Chromebook)

What You’ll Do:

• Create prompt-based questions rooted in real-world nuclear utility work
• Use your domain expertise to simulate tasks performed in your occupation
• Help researchers train AI systems to better understand nuclear sector workflows
