Required Skills & Experience- Bachelor’s Degree
- Solid understanding of benefit plans and related terminology (medical, dental, legal)
- Strong oral and written communication skills for presenting to internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to translate technical and corporate information for diverse audiences
- Skilled in analyzing complex issues and recommending effective solutions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; adaptable to new software and systems
- Proven ability to work independently and meet project goals
- Experience exercising sound judgment and decision-making
- Capable of managing multiple projects with competing priorities
- Comfortable interacting with all levels of staff and management
