Part-Time U.S.-Based Account Manager ​/ Contract Manager - Government Staffing Contracts

We are seeking a U.S.

-based part-time Account Manager / Contract Manager to support our company with U.S. government staffing contracts.

This is an initial part-time role, expected to require approximately 5-10 hours per month at the beginning, with the potential to increase if contracts are awarded.

• Serve as the U.S.
  
  -based point of contact for government agencies, MSPs, and procurement teams
• Respond to contract-related emails and coordinate follow-ups during business hours
• Support staffing request coordination, scheduling, reporting, and issue escalation
• Attend occasional virtual meetings with agencies or partners as needed
• Coordinate with our internal recruiting and operations team
• Help ensure timely communication and professional contract support

• Must be based in the United States
• Availability during U.S. Eastern business hours
• Experience in account management, contract coordination, staffing, recruiting, client success, or government contracting preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable email and phone availability
• Comfortable being listed as a U.S.
  
  -based Account Manager / Contract Point of Contact in government contract proposals
• Ability to work under a part-time services agreement

• Up to $40/hour
• Initial workload: approximately 5-10 hours per month
• Opportunity for increased hours if contracts are awarded
