What you'll do
  • Participate in project, program, and portfolio meetings, and help keep leadership informed on progress

  • Help track milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items across multiple initiatives

  • Support agile ceremonies across our Agile Release Trains, including PI Planning, team standups, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and system demos

  • Help maintain schedules, dashboards, reports, and portfolio and delivery metrics

  • Support the build-out of team-health, flow, and predictability views that help teams and leaders see how work is progressing

  • Collaborate with teams to capture requirements, meeting notes, and project artifacts

  • Assist with executive presentations, status reports, and governance materials

  • Support continuous improvement by helping refine PMO and agile ways-of-working processes, templates, and tools

  • Work with business and technology stakeholders to keep project information accurate and current

  • Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by the Agile PMO team

What you'll bring
  • Currently pursuing a BS or BA in Business, Information Technology, Organizational Leadership, Engineering, or a related field

  • Interest in one or more of: project management, Agile delivery, portfolio management, business operations, or technology delivery

  • Basic understanding of project management and/or Agile and Scrum concepts

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams

  • Exposure to delivery and collaboration tools such as Azure Dev Ops, Jira, Smartsheet, Power BI, or Microsoft Project is a plus

  • Awareness of SAFe or other scaled-agile approaches is a plus

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Clear written and verbal communication

  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills

  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous‑improvement mindset

What you'll gain
  • Direct exposure to how enterprise programs are planned, delivered, and improved across multiple teams

  • Mentorship from experienced project and agile delivery leaders and coaches

  • The opportunity to own a summer capstone: a scoped project you shape and present to the team at the end of the internship, tied to a real need such as a team-health or predictability view or a ways-of-working improvement

  • A firsthand look at how a modern, agile PMO operates inside a large organization
