Essential Functions:Support digitalization projects that improve Purchasing processes, reporting, data visibility, and day-to-day efficiency.
Build and improve Excel-based tools using formulas, Pivot Tables, charts, data validation, lookups, and structured data analysis.
Create professional PowerPoint presentations and management briefings that turn project data and analysis into clear, concise business stories.
Support the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and other digital reporting solutions used to track KPIs and project performance.
Assist with process mapping, system testing, data validation, documentation, and implementation activities for digitalization projects.
Work with internal business partners to gather requirements, identify manual or repetitive activities, and help develop more efficient digital solutions.
Analyze project and process data, identify trends or gaps, and present findings and recommendations to the team and management.
Participate in digitalization workshops, project meetings, continuous-improvement activities, and user-training efforts.
Other Regular Daily Tasks:Maintain and enhance Excel trackers, reports, Pivot Tables, charts, formulas, and analysis tools used by the team.
Prepare and update PowerPoint project updates, dashboards, process overviews, and executive-level summaries.
Update Power BI reports and dashboards and validate the accuracy and consistency of source data.
Track digitalization project actions, timelines, risks, and deliverables; organize project meetings and communicate progress.
