- $20+ per hour
- Hours:
7:00 am - 3:00 pm, some weekends - Contract Work for 3-6 months
- Work from office in Hoover, AL
- Monitor live, Event based and Guard Tour video images and make critical decisions to incidents or alarms viewed on monitor
- Responsible for working with clients and employers as they enter and exit secure facilities
- Answer and address notifications for visitors when entering secure facilities
- Gather all information necessary to verify alarms, dispatch proper authorities and notify property owners or other responsible parties
- Strong computer skills
- Strong Customer Service/Admin skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to remain calm, speak clearly and relay critical details during stressful situations
- High School Diploma or GED required
