Description

Service Advisor – Be the Voice of the Service Department!

We’re looking for a Service Advisor who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can serve as the essential link between our customers and service technicians. As the central point of communication
, you’ll be responsible for understanding customer concerns, coordinating service and repair solutions, and ensuring clear, consistent updates throughout the service process.

You’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional service experience—from diagnosing initial concerns to explaining recommended repairs and maintenance with clarity and confidence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and technicians
  • Accurately identify and communicate vehicle issues and service needs
  • Set and manage clear expectations for repair timelines and costs
  • Ensure customers are informed on required and recommended services
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of experience in a dealership or large‑scale service facility
  • Valid, unrestricted driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Strong technical knowledge and proven customer service skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple priorities
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills
