About The Role
We are hiring a Community Programs Coordinator to help bring MDS community initiatives to life. Working closely with the Community Manager, you will own the day‑to‑day execution of key programs and engagement initiatives, ensuring members have a seamless, valuable experience while helping the Community team scale its impact.
This is a highly autonomous, execution‑focused role. You will take ownership of specific programs from start to finish, coordinating logistics, communicating with members, facilitating participation, tracking outcomes, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Whether launching a new Squad, driving participation in an engagement initiative, or helping members connect with the right people and opportunities, your job is to make sure great ideas become reality.
Success in this role requires a combination of strong people skills and operational excellence. You build trust quickly, communicate clearly, follow through consistently, and take pride in creating experiences that members genuinely value. You are equally comfortable having a one‑on‑one conversation with a member and managing the moving pieces behind a program’s successful execution.
