Brocks Gap Dental Group is looking for a Financial Coordinator in Hoover, AL to support patients and help keep day-to-day operations moving smoothly. This role blends patient communication with practical financial coordination, with a strong focus on creating an excellent patient experience through clear guidance and dependable support.

Working onsite in a team-oriented dental environment, the Financial Coordinator will help patients understand treatment and financing options while contributing to efficient daily workflows.

• Assist patients in understanding their treatment and available financial options
• Develop and maintain strong patient relationships
• Support smooth daily operations to keep the office running efficiently

• Previous dental experience preferred
• Experience with treatment planning, financial coordination, or patient financing is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
