Focused on scaling customer support globally, the remote Senior Training Specialist will design and deliver cohort-based training programs for commercial and mid-market accounts, ensuring customers efficiently adopt and utilize the connected operations platform.
Key responsibilities- Build and facilitate cohort-based training programs, guiding customers through structured learning journeys
- Design innovative training experiences that integrate physical and digital assets for live sessions
- Manage logistics for live sessions, including registration, delivery, and post-session follow‑up
- 3-4 years of experience in delivering training, with at least 1 year in a scaled delivery model
- Demonstrated experience with live webinars or virtual instructor‑led training (vILT)
- Ability to create digital learning assets using authoring and editing tools
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and structuring content around clear learning objectives
- Strong analytical skills to assess engagement and improve training content based on data
