A multi-award-winning, established engineering firm is looking for a Civil Engineering Regional Leader (PE) to lead their growing team. If you're a seasoned P.E with a passion for shaping communities, we want to connect with you.

What You’ll Do:

• Direct responsibility for land development projects, including multi-family, residential, mixed-use and commercial projects
• Be a primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication and a strong relationship
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior engineers and CAD designers

What we're looking for:

• BS in Civil Engineering or related field and registered P.E in AL
• 8-15 years of experience in civil engineering in land development ( residential, master-planned, mixed-use)
• 1-2 years in Project Management or a leadership role is preferred
• Experience with municipal and country project coordination is preferred
• Strong business development; a book of business is preffered
